1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable.”

  • Damaged items caused by misuse or negligence.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@instantrapic.net or call (256) 852-2628 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Prepare the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.

  3. Ship the Item: Use a reliable shipping method with tracking. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure compliance with our return policy. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.

  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.


5. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photographic evidence of the damage.

  2. Resolution Options: We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the severity of the defect.

  3. Return Shipping: For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.

  • Once the order is shipped, the standard return policy applies.


7. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that do not meet the above conditions or are initiated after 30 days.

  • Restocking fees are not applicable to defective or damaged items.


8. Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged upon delivery.
